What is included in the membership?
Our core promises to our members are great value for money, trust-worthy products and a convenient way to optimize individual consumption impact.

- We make sure every product sent uses the minimum amount of packaging needed, while targeting 100% recycled materials for the packaging we do need.
- Our slow-shipping promise: we'll guide you to plan and batch well so you are able to conveniently minimize delivery and packaging waste. It makes your shipping more affordable too!

What is the price of the membership?
$120 per year, equivalent to $10 per month. At that price, we're confident our membership will more than pay for itself after just a few orders.
How do we know? Quick math: In order to recoup your membership fee, a member needs to spend just under $500 annually at a 25% average saving vs. retail prices. Do you expect to spend more than $500 annually (or $42 monthly) on food, pharmacy and cleaning products?
Can I shop without a membership?
We offer our products only to members. Our business model is designed in order to give you a lot more value, while helping your choices go further. And by becoming a member you become part of a community leading the way in improving consumption habits.
What if it doesn't work for me?
If you are really not happy we'll refund your annual membership within 30 days of purchase date. No questions asked.
Do you have a store I can visit?

How does Slow Shipping work?
We center our core offering around a monthly batch order, based on our Slow Shipping approach. Our experience is designed to help you easily plan re-orders and batch items. We're doing the heavy lifting so you don't have to.
The benefits of Slow Shipping are manyfold: lower overall carbon footprint, less packaging wasted. This approach also benefits our brands: better predictability of revenue and less supply chain stress for the brands we work with - a welcome change for them. This allows them to build a sustainable business confidently with us.
What if I need something fast?
We can't foresee everything and sometimes things do come up. We get it.
We also offer fast (2-day) delivery if you really need your things fast.
We simply request you makes a donation at checkout to compensate for the additional impact generated.
Is Shipping included in the membership?
Slow Shipping is free with the membership.
